TuttoFood 2019 Explores Innovation in the Agri-Food Industry

The third edition of Milano Food City is the biggest event dedicated to food and food culture returns to the city from 3 to 9 May, inspired by the creative genius Leonardo da Vinci.

During four days of food inspired topics, debates, innovation and education this is the one stop shop for professionals and food enthusiasts.

International Food Flair

Divided into specialist segments, from Tutto Dairy to Tutto Sweet, this trade fair serves as the one-stop reference event for the agri-food industry specialising in innovative companies and start-ups in the food sector.

Showcooking

The will be over 50 formative moments that aim to value the national and international food & beverage assets with products and testimonies from FOOD professionals. Every day alternated between the two stages you will see main characters from the Food & Pastry market like patissiers, pizza makers and international star chefs who will help food and ingredients stand out.

Seeds&Chips - The Global Food Innovation Summit on the Future of Food

This year US actor Alec Baldwin will walk in the footsteps of  Barack Obama offering his thoughts on the future of food as the keynote speaker at this year's summit. An eclectic mix of over 300 speakers from institutions, accelerators, startups, companies and world leaders will join this year's Global Food Innovation Summit including David Barber from Almanac / Blue Hill in New York and Spanish chef Ángel León Chef del M Founder & CEO amongst the chefs. bring their cutting edge ideas to a dynamic stage on this year's topic "What we grow from the earth and from our minds, can shape the future of food."
