Slow Food celebrate all things dairy at this biennial festival championing small scale producers and sustainable farming in this gastronomic haven.

The historical market town of Bra, Piemonte will be strong with the heady scent of cheese next month in a four day long festival. Artisanal cheeses from around the world will feature, as well as other gastronomic treats, workshops, debates, discussions and dinners. This is one not to miss.

Market Farmers, herders, cheesemakers and cheesemongers will encourage cheese loving visitors to share in their passion for all things dairy. Both Spanish and mountain cheeses will be promoted at this year's event with special recognition and events celebrating these parts of the world.

The Cheese Market forms the beating heart of the event where hundreds of Italian and international producers will come together to share their produce. In the Great Hall of Cheese and Enoteca over 100 specialties of cheese from Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany, the UK, Belgium and Ireland will be available to try and purchase. Sommeliers will also be on hand to help choose the perfect wine, from over 700 on offer you're sure to find something to match your unique cheese find.
