Nine Course Degustation Evening with Chefs Vladimir Mukhin and Fatih Tutak
Two prominent young chefs will collaborate in a unique sponsored dinner on the 16th and 17th November at The House of Sathorn, Bangkok.
Chef Vladimir Mukhin from The White Rabbit, Moscow, ranked #23 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants is due to make a guest chef appearance alongside resident Head Chef Fatih Tutak at the House on Sathorn, Bangkok.
Billed as an unforgettable epicurean experience, sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, the chefs will prepare two dinners in the residence of the former Russian Ambassador, on Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th November.
A nine course degustation menu crafted by prominent young chef, Vladimir Mukhin, will offer diners the exciting opportunity to sample the food of one of the leader's of the new wave of Russian cuisine.
The menu will feature authentic Russian cuisine and flavors with local seasonal products and innovative technology. Dishes include Chef Vladimir’s Black cod with false asparagus porridge as well as Persimmon with sheep cheese mousse and jerked horsemeat and Liquid sea buckthorn (Russian pearls).
