New South Wales Wine Festival

For those of you wondering what that aromatic buzz coming from Down Under is, the New South Wales Wine Festival is in full swing in Sydney and around the region until March 31st.

Through the monthly event, supported by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, the 90 wineries participating will ensure the 14 wine regions from the state of New South Wales are properly celebrated – along with some of its finest food products, from seafood to farmhouse cheese and barbecued meats.

You may opt to wander through the stalls or pack your day with events; either way, you can reward yourself at the end with the special menus offered by the highest rated restaurants in Sydney, featuring the best local wines. If you’re feeling more casual though, just head to one of the wineries for a full degustation menu presented by a food-and-wine expert.
