Inspirational gastronomic event Madrid Fusión returns for a 16th edition from 22 to 24 January. A theme of the “Fourth generation: those who own the future” shapes the three days of events tackling evolution and advancement.
This year's world-class food congress will take place at the Palacio Municipal de Congresos, Campo de las Naciones in Madrid, where an impressive line-up of local and international chefs will gather to deliver food and wine tastings, workshops and demonstrations.
