Italy's Famed 'Enoteca Pinchiorri' Coming to Harrods

December is bound to be an exciting month for fine dining in London. That's because luxury department store Harrods is welcoming Michelin-starred Florentine restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri for a one month residency at their Italian pop-up restaurant, Stelle di Stelle. 

Enoteca Pinchiorri is manned by Annie Féolde, the only female chef in Italy to have been awarded three Michelin stars. Her stellar cuisine is inspired by the natural beauty and bounty of Tuscany.

Féolde's residency at Stelle di Stelle will kick off December 1st with a special event sponsored by Acqua Panna, which recently celebrated its 450th anniversary and was awarded the prestigious Tuscan Taste logo - a seal created for 100% Tuscan products of excellence.

All throughout December, Féolde and her team will be dishing out signature favorites like drowned egg with white Alba truffle and Grana Padano cream; fusilli with artichokes, scampi and powdered liquorice; and roasted lamb loin with a Tuscan speciality, polenta incatenata.

The four-course menu will be paired with S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna mineral waters and a selection of Italian wines and beers such as Gaja Sito Moresco, Benefizio Riserva Pomino, Ferrari Rosé Brut NV, and Birra Moretti.

Stelle di Stelle, which will feature chefs with a total of 13 Michelin stars between them, will be open in Harrods until the end of January 2015. Next up in January is Enrico Crippa from Piazza Duomo in Alba, which is on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. 

The restaurant will operate two sittings for lunch and dinner with each chef offering a four course menu. Lunches will cost £110 and £130 with matching wines. Reservations may be made by calling +44 20 7893 8700.
