Here's What's on at the Paestum Edition of Le Strade Della Mozzarella | #LSDM
The haute cuisine congress dedicated to buffalo mozzarella returns to Paestum: check out the agenda for Le Strade della Mozzarella 2016 | #LSDM.
After taking a pit stop in Milan, Le Strade della Mozzarella will take to the road once again, heading south to the Italian town of Paestum. For two days great Italian and international chefs will gather to celebrate the merits of Mozzarella di Bufala or Buffalo Mozzarella Campana Dop as well as other Italian delicacies in this haute cuisine food congress.
Sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna, the 2016 edition of Le Strade della Mozzarella Paestum will unfold on 18 and 19th April 2016 at the Savoy Beach Hotel with a number of tastings and show cooking from top chefs.
This year's participants include: Matteo Baronetto, Enrico Crippa, Davide Scabin, Davide Oldani, Antonia Klugmann, Philipe Léveillé, Luca Abbruzzino, Luigi Taglienti, i Fratelli Salvo, Mauro Colagreco and Mark Moriarty (S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015) as well as many other well known faces from the resturant industry.
As always, Neapolitan pizza, pasta and tomatoes will be on the menu, don't miss out on the lounge dedicated to pasta and tomato with Fratelli Costardi, Elisa Bellavia and Giuseppe Palmieri (Osteria Francescana).
