S.Pellegrino Young Chefs Mark Moriarty and Kirk Westaway will be combining talents in a number of lunches and dinners at Jaan, Singapore, April 11 -14, 2016..
Mark Moriarty, winner of San Pellegrino’s Young Chef 2015, continues his global tour of four hand collaborative dinners cooking at select locations with fellow comrades from last year's competition. The next stop on the agenda is Singapore, with British chef Kirk Westaway, S.Pellegrino finalist for S.East Asia at JAAN, (#29 in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2016) .
The four hands collaboration will include both lunch and dinner from 11th to 14th April featuring the talented duo's signature dishes. Westaway will prepare his stunning Heirloom Tomato Collection (pictured below) including dehydrated and rehydrated heirloom tomatoes, topped with Burrata cheese and basil (see below).
Whilst Moriarty's draws on his Irish roots serving his S.Pellegrino Young Chef signature winning dish of charred whole celeriac marinated in pearl barley and fermented hay, accompanied with hazelnuts.
The two chefs will serve a 5-course lunch and an 8-course dinner. Reservations are available online through Jaan website.
