Discover New Food Trends At The 2015 Sirha Trade Show

Looking for the latest trends in food and hospitality? Dying to get your hands on new food products and materials? Then a trip to the upcoming 2015 Sirha Trade Show is a must.

Taking place at Eurexpo-Lyon on January 24-28, the 30th annual exhibit will feature nearly 3,000 exhibitors and brands from 26 different countries. A whooping 631 new products will be on display and visitors will have a chance to watch live demonstrations and participate in a variety of networking opportunities.

A special Sirha Innovation Award 2015 will be given to the most outstanding product, beverage or material presented at the trade show. The 2nd French Championship of Pastry Arts and the Best Winemaker-Chef Contest will also be taking place during the four-day event. There will also be a World Cuisine Summit featuring Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio as the keynote speaker.
