Coming Soon: Bocuse d'Or Finals

Twenty four of the world's most promising chefs will go head to head in the upcoming finals for the Bocuse d'Or, a biannual prestigious competition considered the Oscars of the culinary world. 

The Bocuse d'Or finals will take place in Lyon, France on January 27th and 28th during the Sirha Trade Show. It'll be two adventure-filled days in the hometown of Paul Bocuse, the founding chef of the gastronomic contest.

Participating chefs have already won their respective national Bocuse d'Or qualifying competitions. The candidates also had to qualify in Continental Selection events (such as Bocuse Europe, Bocuse Asia-Pacific and Bocuse Latin America), individual events or by being awarded a ‘Wildcard’. 

After winning the finals, the chefs will go on to compete in the 2016 Bocuse d'Or competition to be held in Budapest, Hungary. The countries that will be represented in the finals are:
