A new television show called The World's Best Chefs is set to air in Spain this fall and will feature culinary giants like Ferran Adrià, José Andrés and Joan Roca.
The World's Best Chefs will profile 12 celebrity chefs from across the globe including American Grant Achatz, Brazilian chef Alex Atala, acclaimed Peruvian chef Gaston Acurio, famed Italian chef Massimo Bottura, and legendary French chefs Michel Bras and Michel Guèrard, Spanish chefs Juan Mari Arzak and Andoni Luis Aduriz, and New York's Daniel Humm.
It will be broadcast on Spain's FOXLife network , which is set to debut in October, according to reports from Eater. The series has also been picked up by Nat Geo People, part of of Nat Geo Asia, and will air on September 22nd. Here's the awesome description of the show posted on the Nat Geo People website:
"The World’s Best Chefs is a television series about today’s most influential chefs, the trailblazers of creative and avant-garde cuisine. With The World’s Best Chefs we will travel the globe to get to know some of the most famous and respected chefs of recent times. We will discover their culinary philosophies, working methods and creations… The chefs will reveal the secrets to their creativity, prepare some of their incredible dishes, and demonstrate the techniques, processes and innovations that have produced their standout, unusual and unique gastronomic style."
