The Mugaritz restaurant, helmed by Spanish chef Andoni Luis Aduriz, closes it’s doors for four months every year as the entire team set about creating a list of exciting new dishes for the season’s menu.
The restaurant is set to open on April 15th with a whole list of new dishes and to mark the occasions they’re giving five lucky people the chance to be amongst the first people to try the new menu.
The chef says his team have developed around 60 new dishes and if past creations are anything to go by they’re sure to excite both the mind and mouth.
Mugaritz sits at number six on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants List and to be in with a chance of sampling the brand new menu all you have to do is visit You Open The Doors of Mugaritz and register with some basic details.
The winner will be given a fill tasting menu including drinks and are asked to allow up to four hours. The lucky five will be contacted on April 7th for a dinner expected to take place on April 14th. Accommodation and travel to the restaurant is not included.
