In a rare appearance on American television, Danish chef René Redzepi had the opportunity of sharing his recipe for chocolate covered pork skins just in time for Thanksgiving.
Redzepi, who was promoting his book collection A Work in Progress, stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live! where he cooked alongside the late-night host and actor Idris Elba who, by the way, does not eat pork and nearly vomits the whole way through the recipe.
It's cool to see Redzepi boss Kimmel around the kitchen while being grilled about why his restaurant Noma dropped to second place on the World's 50 Best Restuarants list after being rated number one for three years in a row.
Kimmel offers the chef some advice: "You know what I would do? I would just go and put a rat in the other restaurant that won number one."
