Have you ever been curious about what goes on behind-the-scenes at Le Bernardin? Well, the folks at Zagat have put together a lovely video featuring what goes down at Eric Ripert's acclaimed restaurant.
Le Bernardin has just been named the best restaurant in the Big Apple by the Zagat 2014 New York City Restaurants Survey. It's the fifth time in a row the restaurant receives this honor and 12th time overall. The restaurant also ranks 19th on the World's 50 Best Restaurants list sponsored by S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.
