Munchies in The Basque Country

The team from Munchies are at it again with yet another brilliant video - this time shot in the Basque Country with a whole host of interesting chefs.

Visiting San Sebastian and Bilbao, they speak with chef Eneko Atxa at the three-Michelin starred Azurmendi restaurant - a unique countryside restaurant with a strong approach to reducing waste and making a truly sustainable restaurant.

Atxa shows the presenter his wonderful gardens and greenhouse and explains how guests are often encouraged to explore the greenhouse and snack on bites hidden throughout.
