The Mast Brothers, Brooklyn's famed chocolatiers, will be publishing a cookbook this fall. The Mast Brothers Chocolate: A Family Cookbook is full of exciting sweet and savory recipes and contains a foreword by Thomas Keller, one of the many famous chefs who use Mast Chocolate at their restaurants.
Aside from telling the unique sucess story of Michael and Rick Mast, the cookbook will feature recipes for chocolate cakes and cookies, brownies, milkshakes and even home-made whoopie pie, according to the publisher's description on Amazon. You can also expect recipes for savory dishes like pan-seared scallops with cocoa nibs and cocoa coq au vin.
The cookbook will go on sale October 29th but you can pre-order a copy on Amazon. Check out the cover below, which looks like a wrapper for a Mast Chocolate bar.
