Margarita Forés is riding high at the moment, the Filipino chef was Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2016 and her amazing story is being heard around the world as she is invited to speak and present at conferences across the industry.

One of her latest presentations was done at Food on The Edge in Galway, Ireland, and she used the stage to talk about her own unique story and how she entered the world of cuisine.

She speaks about her early years in Italy and how what she learned in the country was eventually what she brought back to Manilla to work as a chef.
