Millions of people will don costumes, vampire fangs and fake blood as they get ready to celebrate Halloween across the U.S and in some parts of Europe.
Trick or Treating, the act of knocking on doors for candy, is a huge part of Halloween. It's the one night of the year when taking candy from a stranger is allowed and also the one part of the year when many parents worry about their children as they go out to trick or treat.
But should they worry? Are rumors of poison laced candies true and have people really hidden razor blades inside sweets to pass as treats?
