Here’s a beautiful video from the food magazine Four showing off a multi-brand concept store called Secret Location in Vancouver.
The store is home to a boutique and tasting room and the video shows chef Jefferson Alvarez and his team cooking up their colourful cuisine.
Speaking to Four, Alvarez said:“I like to be unique, and I like to experiment and push boundaries,” chef Alvarez says. “I believe cooking has no limit and, for someone reading my menu and paying for my food, it should be an experience from beginning to end.”
