It’s not often you get to eat food cooked by Ferran Adria but next month the Spanish chef will be popping up at the Amber restaurant in Hong Kong to cook a 12-course dinner alongside Richard Ekkebus.
The dinners will take place on October 23rd and 24th with the two chefs preparing a 12-course dinner that will be paired Dom Perignon champagne.
As expected, a dinner from one of the world’s most famous chefs doesn’t come cheap with a price tag of around $1,400 with a ten percent service charge.
Those attending will also receive a signed copy of the seven-volume set, elBulli 2005-2011, the last book from Adria.
There will also be a talk on gastronomy with guests given the chance to ask the chef their own questions.
