Dominique Ansel's new bakery in Tokyo opens today and the queues have already started.
Eater reports that two men started camping out in front of the store 12 hours before it’s set to open and Ansel will certainly please new customers with a Japanese inspired cronut packed with yuzo lemon cream.
It’s the first bakery Ansel has opened out of the U.S. and shows just how quickly he’s grown since he rocketed to fame thanks to the cronut.
The bakery in Tokyo will serve all sorts of Japanese influenced desserts such as matcha cookies and Lucky Cat cream puffs.
