The US Postal Service have released a range of stamps to honour a range of people who have somehow contributed to the food scape of America.
The five stamps feature James Beard, Julia Child, Joyce Chen, Edna Lewis and Felipe Rojas-Lombardi.
The Postal Service say that the five chefs helped "the American public to expand its collective palates” - each of them revolutionising the Nation’s food in their own unique way.
The stamps are printed in an oil painting style and are available to order online for $0.49.
