The International Association of Culinary Professionals has published its annual list of award winners for some of the best food publications on the market. The awards highlight a number of food publications with sections covering everything from culinary writing to the best cookbook of the year.
Food 52 had a big night, picked as the Best Culinary Website of the year the site also had a number of contributors highlighted for their personal columns or pieces produced for the site.
Cookbook of The Year went to A New Napa Cuisine by Christopher Kostow and the Best First Book Award went to Sean Brock for his Heritage book.
The food photographer of the year was given to Jignesh Jhaveri and the overall publication of the year went to Food & Wine Magazine.
