Mixed Salad Leaves with Cheese and Tomatoes
A fresh green salad with mixed leaves, tomatoes and cubed cheese

Salad
150 g
Dandelion
50 g, leaves
Tomatoes
4 each
Cheese
100 g, diced
Vinegar
3 tbsp
Mustard
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Oil
5 tbsp, seed
Preparation
Wash and sort the salad leaves and dandelion leaves and spin dry. Tear into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the tomatoes and cut into wedges. Mix the vinegar with the mustard, salt, pepper and sugar and whisk in the oil.
Check the seasoning. Arrange the salad leaves on plates with the tomatoes and cheese and sprinkle with the dressing.
