Grilled Corn on the Cob With Herb Butter

ingredients
Butter
100 g, softened
Garlic
1 clove, crushed
Parsley
2 tbsp, chopped
Thyme
1 tbsp, chopped
Dill
1 tbsp, chopped
Chili pepper
1 red, deseeded and finely chopped
Corn
8 cobs, fresh
Preparation
- Heat the grill to its highest setting, or light the barbecue.
- Place the butter in a bowl and mix in the garlic, parsley, thyme, dill and chopped chilli.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the corn cobs under the grill or on the barbecue, turning from time to time, for 8-10 minutes or until the corn is just tender.
- Serve the corn with the herb butter alongside to brush over the corn.
