Mixed Salad with Mango and Prosciutto
Try this fresh summer salad recipe with Italian ham and exotic mango in slices

ingredients
Olive oil
5 tbsp
Vinegar
3 tbsp, white wine
Chili pepper
1 tbsp powder
Red spinach
150 g
Radishes
1 small head
Parsley
4 sprigs
Mango
1 each, sliced
Ham
8 slices, Italian Prosciutto
Preparation
Mix the oil with the vinegar and chile powder, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Arrange the spinach, radicchio leaves and parsley on serving plates.
Add the sliced mango and strips of prosciutto and drizzle with the dressing.
Serve with any remaining dressing alongside.
