Miso-Glazed Salmon Recipe

A dish that's filled with the aromas of the East, perfect for a light and tasty lunch or dinner. Miso-glazed salmon can be prepared easily and quickly, but marinating the fish is essential. The more the salmon comes into contact with the marinade, the tastier and softer it will be. Here is the step-by-step recipe.

Miso paste
2 tbsp
Sake
1 small glass
Dark soy sauce
4 tbsp
Cane sugar
1 tsp
Salmon
4 fillets, with skin
Extra virgin olive oil

To make miso-glazed salmon, start by preparing the marinade. Put the miso paste, sugar, sake and soy sauce in a bowl.

Mix well and then arrange the salmon fillets in a deep plate. Cover the salmon with the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 to 12 hours.
