Step 01

Tips 

You can use your preferred pre-made tostada shells from the store or make your own at home. 

You can use any leftover chicken from your fridge, use a store-bought rotisserie chicken, or you can make your own shredded chicken at home.  

Unable to find cotija cheese or queso fresco? You can substitute with your preferred shredded cheese, such as Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella.
