Lamb, Zucchini and Pepper Kebabs

ingredients

Garlic
2 cloves, chopped
Olive oil
3 tbsp
Thyme
1 tsp, dried
Lamb
600 g, leg meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
Zucchini
2, sliced
Pepper
2 yellow, cut into wide strips
Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp

Preparation

  • Grind the garlic with a pinch of salt and mix together with the oil and thyme.
  • Thread the lamb, zucchini and peppers alternately onto skewers.
  • Brush with the oil, season with salt and ground black pepper and grill on the barbecue for around 10 minutes, turning.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve.
