Grilled Chicken Wings with Mango Dip
Try this easy recipe to make grilled chicken wings, a spicy marinade and a delicious mango dip: perfect as a snack or a tasy main course!

Oil
60 ml
Honey
1 tbsp
Ketchup
1 tbsp
Chilli sauce
2 tbsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Tabasco
Scallion
1, finely chopped
Chicken
16 wings, separated at the joint
Mango
1, peeled and chopped
Honey
1 tbsp
Lime juice
Rosemary
1 tbsp
Preparation
- To make the grilled chicken wings marinade, mix together the oil, honey, ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar and a few dashes of Tabasco.
- Season well with salt and ground black pepper and stir in the spring onion.
- Brush the chicken wings with the marinade and marinate in the fridge overnight.
- Grill the chicken wings on a medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently.
- To make the the mango dip, puree the mango with the honey and the rosemary.
- Add a little lime juice to taste and serve with the grilled chicken wings.
