Tea
1 bag earl grey
300 ml
Creanberry juice
500 ml
Ginger
3 cm, fresh, peeled and crushed
Sugar
2 tbsp
Nutmeg
pinch
Star anise
1
Lemons
1, sliced
Cranberries
100 g
Cinnamon
4 sticks

Preparation

  • Place the tea bag and water in a small pan with the cranberry juice, ginger, sugar, nutmeg, star anise and lemon.
  • Heat very gently until just simmering then remove the pan from the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag from the pan and reheat gently until simmering.
  • Strain through a fine sieve and pour into four glasses.
  • Put a slice of the lemon in each glass, add the cranberries and cinnamon sticks.
