Hot Cranberry Punch (Non Alcoholic)

Preparation
- Place the tea bag and water in a small pan with the cranberry juice, ginger, sugar, nutmeg, star anise and lemon.
- Heat very gently until just simmering then remove the pan from the heat and let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag from the pan and reheat gently until simmering.
- Strain through a fine sieve and pour into four glasses.
- Put a slice of the lemon in each glass, add the cranberries and cinnamon sticks.
