Cranberry and Pear Crumble with Cream
A recipe for cranberry and pear crumbles with chopped pears and cinnamon to bake and serve with whipped cream

ingredients
Cranberries
150 g, crushed
Pears
2 each, peeled, cored, chopped
Cinnamon
1 tbsp
Honey
2 tbsp
Butter
50 g
Sugar
50 g, brown
All purpose flour
50 g
Oatmeal
2 tbsp
Whipped cream
Preparation
Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.
Mix together the cranberries, chopped pears and cinnamon, divide between 4 individual ovenproof serving dishes and drizzle with the honey.
Rub together the butter, sugar and flour until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs then stir in the oatmeal.
Scatter the mixture over the top of the dishes and bake in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve with the whipped cream.
