Cream
150 ml, suitable for whipping
Vanilla extract
1 tps, extract
Cinnamon
1 pinch
Cardamom
1 pinch
Amaretti
80 g

Preparation

Peel, quarter, core and finely dice the apples.

Put into a pan with the honey and lemon juice, cover and bring to the boil.

Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

Mix the orange juice with the orange liqueur.

Reserve 1 tbsp of amarettini and mix the rest with the juice and liqueur.

Mix the mascarpone smoothly with the vanilla extract, cinnamon and cardamom.

Whip the cream and fold in.

Then fill four glasses with alternate layers of soaked amarettini, cream and stewed apple, reserving 1 tbsp of apple.

Put the glasses into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Then sprinkle with the reserved apple and the reserved amarettini (crumbled) and serve.

Tips: Will not freeze
