Dried oregano
500 g
Red pepper flakes
360 g
Paprika
100 g
Salt
100 g
Garlic
10 g, grated
White vinegar
1.5 L
Water
2.5 L
Sunflower oil
7 L

Step 02
Use a microplane to grate the garlic, then add to the container.
Step 03
Add the vinegars and water and allow them to hydrate the seasonings for 5 minutes, then add the oil and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
