8 thin slices, salt
Rye bread
8 slices, lightly toasted
Butter
for spreading
Mustard
Sauerkraut
4 tbsp, warmed
Emmenthal cheese
4 - 6 thin slices (or Swiss cheese)
Dill

How to make Reuben sandwich recipe with corned beef
To prepare a classic Reuben sandwich - with corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut - first heat the grill.
Warm the beef through under the grill.
Spread 4 pieces of bread with butter and the others with mustard.
Arrange the meat on the buttered toast, followed by the sauerkraut, then the cheese.
Place under the grill until the cheese has melted, then top with another slice of toast.
Serve the Reuben Sandwich with dill pickles.
