For making pickles, all you need is water, 10 grams of salt, 30 grams of sugar, 10 grams of mustard seeds, 100 ml of white wine vinegar, 1 branch of estragon (or any other herbs at your disposal), 250 grams of radish or any other vegetable of your choice.
