Chef Lorenzo Cogo of Michelin starred El Coq in Vincenza, Italy hosted Japanese chef Yasuhiro Fujio, ex sous chef of two Michelin starred La Cime di Osaka and winner of 2018 S.Pellegrino Young Chef international contest in a unique event.
