How to make vegan banana pudding

For a vegan version of this delicious dessert, you can replace the milk with the equivalent quantity of a soy or rice drink. Or, you could also try using oat milk, which won't alter the dessert's taste. To replace the eggs, you can add 4 teaspoons of potato starch to the banana mix.
