Celebrated chef Daniel Boulud who owns the Daniel restaurant has offered up his selection of some of the best restaurants in New York for a range of different occasions.
Speaking with the The Telegraph Boulud gave his suggestions of where to eat for brunch, lunch, dinner, an aperitif and his top fine dining spots.
He picks his good friend Eric Ripert from Le Bernardin as one of his top fine dining locations in NYC alongside the sushi hot spot 15 East.
For dinner he offers up David Chang’s Momofuko Samm Bar and Sweetgreen as a top spot for some healthy lunch.
