The James Beard Awards 2022

James Beard Awards® presented by Capital One will announce all this year's chef and restaurant winners at a live red-carpet ceremony at the Lyric Opera of Chicago on Monday 13 June.

This marks the 31st edition of the highly anticipated US event, often likened to the Oscars of food, following a two-year pandemic-induced hiatus. This year's return also promises to be even more diverse and inclusive, after the non-profit conducted an in house audit on policies and procedures.

The awards will also be broadcast live, via the James Beard Foundation’s Twitter feed.
