Identical twins and chefs Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiys are back to the fore showcasing their culinary tricks at Twins Garden restaurant in the centre of Moscow with a brand new summer menu.
The restaurant which, sits at no.19 on The World’s 50 Best list, has become renowned for its modern and authentic Russian cuisine with the twins consistently championing meticulously researched regional Russian produce as well as their own homegrown fruit and vegetables.
"Expect bright, courageous combinations and with the unchanging signature of Berezutsky brothers ... an abundance of berries, vegetables, herbs, as well as crayfish, crabs, seafood - all that we love and a little more," reads their Instagram introduction to the menu.
