Chef Marco Pierre White is releasing a high-quality gin, crafted by the man himself and based on his mantra of keeping things simple, but doing them well.
The chef and restaurateur has entered the gin game with a new brand of juniper-infused spirit called Mr White’s Gin. The drink, a London dry gin, crafted by Marco Pierre White, is available to pre-order now.
It’s not White’s first foray into the drinks business. The former three-Michelin star chef currently has a range of beers and lagers called The Governor, and he famously endorses a range of food products, including a well-known stock cube.
Gin’s resurgence was not affected by the pandemic. In fact, the classic distilled drink was the best-selling online spirit across all platforms in the UK during lockdown, as people enjoyed mixology at home.
Whether mixed in a cocktail, or simply poured over ice with tonic and lemon, gin is a popular drink in the UK and further afield, and White’s offering is sure to prove popular with gin aficionados and followers of the English chef.
White posted on his Instagram the chance to win a night's bed & breakfast at the chef's guesthouse, The Rudloe Arms, with dinner for two, and a first-batch bottle of his gin before anyone else.
