As simple as juicing a lemon might sound, it’s amazing how many people don’t do it efficiently, often wasting lots of the juice or making a mess.

Jamie Oliver has started a new series called One Minute tips and one of his first shows you how to juice a lemon.

It takes seconds to do and if you didn’t know his little trick of rolling the lemon before you juice, you’ll never do it the same again.
