WHAT IS THE FINE DINING LOVERS FOOD FOR THOUGHT AWARD?
This award is nominated by our FDL readers and will be presented to the young chef regional finalist who best represents their personal belief within their signature dish. The award is available to win at both a regional level as well as during the Grand Finale in 2020.
When applying for the S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition, each entrant was asked to answer the following question: “What would you like to express through this dish? Please write the meaning of your dish. What message, history and identity would you like to express?”
We will ask that our Fine Dining Lovers readers evaluate the regional finalists’ responses together with the dish they presented. The young chef who best represents her/his personal belief within the dish, should win your vote.
The chef with the most votes will claim the Fine Dining Lovers Food for Thought Award for their region and go on to compete for the global title at the Grand Finale in 2020.
