What's it like to dine in paradise? These pictures of the 2nd annual Cancun Riviera-Maya Wine and Food Festival will give you a pretty good idea of gastronomic bliss.
Twenty five chefs from all over the world converged in this coastal getaway to cook, perform culinary demos and partake in culinary conferences. This year, Italy's Massimo Bottura and Mexico's Enrique Olvera were honored in two separate tribute dinners cooked by five chefs of their choice.
The four-day event, which is sponsored by Acqua Panna and S.Pellegrino, also featured renown sommeliers who conducted these taste workshops: Castello Banfi Brunello di Montalcino, wines from around the world, exploring Mexican terroir and the Mexican wine revolution.
Twitter was abuzz with foodies who posted pictures of their favorite dishes and special moments shared with the chefs. Instagram user Zarina Rivera posted these gorgeous images of Bottura's dishes describing them as ''unreal'' and ''delicious.''
