Launched in 2011, we are a multimedia magazine publishing original videos, podcasts, long-form articles and more. We aim to:

Collect and research original data through surveying professionals and consumers to provide unique industry insights and analysis. As an authoritative voice on the world of gastronomy, we write insider stories covering chefs, trends, recipes, maps and more. We promote fair and balanced representation in the industry through informative and inspiring content, on issues such as female empowerment, to help restaurants become more inclusive places to work. We are also dedicated to the global fight against food waste and have worked with the likes of chef and UN Goodwill Ambassador Massimo Bottura to help educate readers about the need to take action on sustainability.

Our Team

The magazine’s editorial staff is based in Milan. Stories are also written by a freelance network of more than 50 people covering the globe.
