Sunflower oil
3 tbsp
Garlic
2 cloves, crushed
Chili pepper
2, deseeded and finely chopped
Pork fillet
600 g, chopped
Onion
1 red, sliced
Bell peppers
1, deseeded and chopped
Celery
2 stalks, roughly chopped
Preparation
Heat the oil in a wok until smoking then stir-fry the garlic and chilli for 2 minutes.
Add the pork, cook for 2 minutes then add the onion, bell pepper and celery and cook for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
Add the pineapple, bamboo shoots, soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for 2 minutes then serve immediately garnished with the spring onions.
