Spicy and hot jerk chicken barbecue recipe: crispy chicken thighs, cucumber salsa and marinated beets

Rice vinegar
45 ml
Beer
1/2 can
Cucumber

Ginger

4 cloves, minced
Lemon juice

Preparation
Jerk chicken
Place all ingredients (except the chicken) in blender and fully blend together. Then marinate the chicken thighs for 8 -12 hours.
Salsa
Prepare ingredients accordingly and mix.
Beets
Marinate for 1 hour and grill.
