Aran Island Shrimp and Buttermilk

Preparation
Combine the buttermilk and cream and season with a little sea salt.
Season the shrimp with salt and vinegar.
Lay five shrimp in each bowl. Garnish with the sea lettuce. Split the buttermilk and cream sauce with the parsley oil. Pour over and around the shrimp.
