Ingredients

Grey Goose vodka: 75 ml

Vermouth: 1 spritz

Vanilla pods: As needed

Spherified green olive: 1

Liquid nitrogen: As needed

From elBulli chef Paco Roncero, a spectacular Martini recipe with a molecular gastronomy twist - waste some space for a spherified olive.

Method
01.

Strain Grey Goose into chilled glass spritzed with Noilly Prat vermouth.

02.

Rub fresh vanilla seeds around the glass rim.

03.

Garnish with a spherified olive, pour liquid nitrogen over the top to create a deep freeze effect.
